Steamed maida papad(khichiya)
Steps

Take a bowl. Add maida,salt, red chilli powder,cumin seeds and mix it with water to make a thin batter.

Keep the batter aside for 10-15 mins..

Now take small round flat bowl and put 1 tsp batter and spread it evenly thin layer.

Meanwhile boil some water in pan and put a stand over it to heat the batter.

Now put that small bowl on stand to for 2-3 min. to steam the papad.

Then carefully take the papads out with the help of knife and let them dry in sunlight for 2 days.

Now store the papads in airtight container and fry them when ever you want to eat and relish anytime.
