  • 1 cupoats
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 cupchopped dry fruits
  • 1 cupchopped fresh fruits(mango, banana)
  • 2 pinchelaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp ghee and put on oats and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add milk and cook them, add sugar,elaichi powder and cook well for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now let it cool down and then freeze for 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Yummy tasty oats kheer ready. Mix fruits and serve chilled.
