Take a bowl add wheat flour, semolina,oats powder and pinch salt mix everything.

Now make a little hard dough.

With the help of roll pin make a chapati.

And cut in small size and rest in wet cloth for 10 min.

Now deep fry in medium flame until it become crispy.

Now stuff with potato,curd, chutney and bhurji.

Enjoy ur crunchy crispy panipuri.
