Take a heavy bottom wok.

Put the oats in it.

Stirr It continously for 5 mins.

Now keep it aside and let it cool down.

Now grind it into semi fine powder.

On the other hand roast wheat flour also.

When it turns brown in colour, pour all the grinded oats into this roasted wheat flour.

Now mix it by pouring heated ghee into it.

Now again mix it properly by adding sugar powder and grinded dry fruits to it.

Mix it so that they are combined to each other properly.

Now make ladoos in the form of balls.

Keep the ladoos aside to set.

After half to one hour the ladoos are set.

Eat it.

Hence these oats ladoos are healthy and rich in nutrients.
