This was my very first recipe learnt from my mother.she used to make odupaale very oftenly as it is prepared by using clay so it is very healthy, soft,tasty and easy to prepare.

Steps

Soak 2 cups of sonamassuri broken rice, 1 cup of red rice for 6 hours. then add it to the mixer (let the batter be little thick).

Then add two and half cups of hot water, salt for taste and mix it well.

Put the clay on the stove and heat it. Add a little coconut oil, put two dough of batter and cover it.

As soon it is cooked Remove immediately.

You can have with sweet coconut milk or can be eaten with chutney.
