Grind cashews in mixie jar

In the same jar add boneless chicken.

Add rest of the ingredients snd pulse it 2 to 3 times,untill you get a smooth mixture.

Add finely chopped onions and finely cut fresh mint.

Add little butter to the mixture

Make seekh using wooden skewers.

Grill in a grill pan or bake in oven till done,brush with oil.

Serve with mint chutney and onions.
