Steps

Dry roast the oats and cook it with 1 cup of water by adding salt and pepper.

Cook till it gets thick.

Let cool.. Add mashed potatoes and all onions chilli's coriander leaves and spice'.

Wet the bread slices and squeeze it with your hand.

Stuff the Oats stuffing into the bread slice.

And deep fry till golden brown

Serve with green chilli, coriander leaves and tomato mix sauce.
