Steps

Wash goat meat and parboil with salt and knorr cubes. Once its tender turn of heat.

Place pot on heat, add vegetable oil, once its hot, fry goat and set aside

Add ground onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper and pepper into oil. Add salt and knorr cube.

Add fried goat meat and stair everything together.

Allow it for about 3mins

Remove and place on grill pan to dry. For 5mins

Grilled goat meat is ready for Ramadan!.
