Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 8 cupswater
  • 1handful of frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 tsppink food colouring
  • Halfcabbage, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tsprajah curry powder
  • 1 tspmixed herbs
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1 cubechicken stock

  1. 1

    Rinse rice and boil with salt and food colouring until half done then add mixed vegetables simmer for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Fry onion and rajah spice

  3. 3

    Add chopped cabbage and well rinsed with hot water

  4. 4

    Add stock and herbs stir until soft then serve.
