6 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 8 cupswater
  4. 1handful of frozen mixed veggies
  5. 1 tsppink food colouring
  6. Halfcabbage, rinsed and chopped
  7. 1 tsprajah curry powder
  8. 1 tspmixed herbs
  9. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  10. 1onion, chopped
  11. 3 tbsoil
  12. 1 cubechicken stock

  1. 1

    Rinse rice and boil with salt and food colouring until half done then add mixed vegetables simmer for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Fry onion and rajah spice

  3. 3

    Add chopped cabbage and well rinsed with hot water

  4. 4

    Add stock and herbs stir until soft then serve.
