2 cupsrice
1/2 tspsalt
8 cupswater
1handful of frozen mixed veggies
1 tsppink food colouring
Halfcabbage, rinsed and chopped
1 tsprajah curry powder
1 tspmixed herbs
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1onion, chopped
3 tbsoil
1 cubechicken stock

Rinse rice and boil with salt and food colouring until half done then add mixed vegetables simmer for 10 minutes

Fry onion and rajah spice

Add chopped cabbage and well rinsed with hot water

Add stock and herbs stir until soft then serve.
