Basic Marinara Sauce
In this case adding sausage, brociole and pork cooking an additional couple of hours is always good with pasta of your choice!
Cooking Instructions

Warm olive oil in sauce pan then add chopped onion and sliced garlic and cook till translucent on medium high heat.

Add basil leaves and tomato paste being sure to stir so paste and basil caramelize and don’t burn.

Add tomatoes.

Bring sauce to low boil add red wine then reduce heat to a simmer and allow to simmer 30 minutes. If adding meat at this step let simmer 2-4 hours.

Use for Eggplant Lasagna.
