Ingredients

  1. 2 cflour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspcinnamon
  6. 3/4 tspnutmeg
  7. 2 csugar
  8. 1.5 cupsvegetable oil
  9. 4eggs
  10. 3 cupsgrated carrots, about 1 pound

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix the sugar, oil, and eggs in large mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix until combined.

  4. 4

    Fold in grated carrots.

  5. 5

    Separate batter into 3 9inch pans. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven, 30-45 minutes.
