Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3/4 cupunsweetened cocoa
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspbaking power
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 cupboiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 150degrees in advance

  2. 2

    Grease your baking tin

  3. 3

    Mix the dry ingredients together and sieve.

  4. 4

    Then add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    Using a hand mixer in a high speed as you are adding boiling water this will make spongy

  6. 6

    Bake for 35mins

  7. 7

    Serve
