Ingredients

  1. 200 gramTofu
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. to tasteRed chilli powder
  4. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  5. Soya sauce enough to marinate
  6. 2 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1 tspgrated garlic
  8. Mix of vegetable of your choice to stir fry Like onion, carrots, green leaves, sprouts, peppers, mushrooms
  9. 1chopped green chilli
  10. 1katori boiled brown basmati rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tofu in pieces.

    Prepare the marinate. Add soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Mix well.

    Marinate the tofu for 1-2 hours (keep in fridge) and cook tofu in the grill till it's cooked

    On another hand, in a pan add oil, and sauté vegetables. Add salt, red chilli powder and green chilli. Mix well. Also add cooked tofu and soya sauce according to your taste. Mix gently.

    Add boiled rice, mix gently and serve hot.

    You can also use white basmati rice.
