Onion Biryani
Steps

Take a boil water add cloves, elaichi,whole black pepper and salt

Then add rice cook it till it is 70-75% cooked and drain the excess water

Then prepare the onions

Heat ghee/oil in a pan add shahi jeera, bay leaf, dry lal mirch
- 5
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste saute for a min..then add the thinly sliced onions,springs onions and fry them till they are golden brown

Now add salt,black pepper and lemon juice mix them for 2-3 mins

Now the first layer of cooked onions at the bottom of the pan then add a layer of rice and again the layer of cooked onions

Then seal the pan tightly with aluminium foil and place a heavy lid on top

Cook the biryani on medium heat for 5-10 mins

Garnish with coriander leaves and green onion leaves..serve with coriander mint chutney
