Ingredients

  • 2 cupurad dal
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 inchginger piece
  • 2 cupfresh curd
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 spoonurad dal for tadka
  • 1/2 spoonmustard seed
  • 2dry red chilli
  • 5-6Curry leaves
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1/2 cupfresh grated coconut
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • 1Grated carrot
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Urad dal ko 2 hour water Mein sock Karein.

  2. 2

    2 hours baad dal ka excess water drain Karein.

  3. 3

    Dal ko mixer jar Mein dale or add Karein hing, salt, ginger and green chilli...

  4. 4

    Dal ko smooth hone tak grind Karein

  5. 5

    Appam maker ko oil se grease Karein or dal se vadai ready Karein. (aap isko fry bhi kar sakte hai)

  6. 6

    Ek bade Bowl Mein curd dale. Add Karein salt and grated coconut or whipped Karein.

  7. 7

    Tadka pan Mein 1 spoon oil dale add Karein dry red chilli or 1 spoon urad dal...

  8. 8

    Sim flame per dal ko crispy hone tak fry Karein.add Karein mustard seed and curry leaves. Saute Karein.

  9. 9

    Tadke ko curd Mein add Karein or mix Karein.

  10. 10

    Vadai ko curd Mein add Karein.

  11. 11

    Thanda hone ke leye freeze Mein rakhe.

  12. 12

    Chopped coriander leaves or grated carrot se garnish Karein.
