Soak soya chunks for half an hour

Wash and soak rice

Now squeeze it and transfer in a big bowl

In a bowl add soya chunks curd ginger garlic paste red chilli powder lemon juice and marinate it for 1 hour

In a pot heat oil add onion when it's change colour add bay leaf and cinnamon sauted for a while

Now add chopped tomatoes add garam masala salt and mix it well

Now add soya chunk mixture in it add stir continuously

Add required water

When water comes to boil add rice in it

Now low the flame and cooked till rice become soft

Mix well garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with curd
