  1. 5 pieceSardine fish
  2. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  4. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  6. 1/2 cupgram flour
  7. 2 teaspooncornflour
  8. 2 teaspoonrice flour
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonLemon juice optional
  11. 1/2 teaspoonAsafoetida
  12. as neededWater

  1. 1

    Clean the fish and add turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste,lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Mixed with fish throughly and keep aside for marinate half an hr

  3. 3

    Take bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and water mixed gently, don't add too much of batter, just like baji mix or idly batter.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan, once the oil heat throughly, kept at medium flame.

  5. 5

    Take each fish mixed with the batter and put in to oil

  6. 6

    Slightly turn other side, once it form crispy remove the plate.

  7. 7

    Sardine fish is optional, you can used other fishes also, Just try it very tasty
