  • 120 gsugar
  • 120 gbutter
  • 7eggs
  • 1 tbspbaking powder

    Pre-heat the oven.

  2. 2

    Sieve the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Whisk the egg whites till the foam

  4. 4

    Add the sugar and mix.

  5. 5

    Fold in the flour.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180 degrees.

  7. 7

    After cooling the cake decorate the cake with whipping cream and white chocolate with strawberries.
