Steps

Thinly dice up the onions, chop the spring onions and coriander. Add them to the cottage cheese and mix

Add desired spices, the eggs, then mix

Add in the oats (the amount could be more or less depending on the consistency desired) I added in a tablespoon of flour, optional.

Make small balls, and chill them in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

Shallow fry the balls on medium heat until golden brown then gently turn until cooked.

They can be eaten dry as a snack or in stew. I usually make stew and cook some, then store the other balls for later
