Boil mutton in cooker with 1whistle on high and 20 mins on sim with ginger garlic paste,small chopped onion,salt and red chilli powder.

In a heavy bottom Kadai,put all whole spices.

Next share thinely sliced onion till golden brown.

Put the already cooked mutton along with the stock.

Add biryani masala,Sukha dhaniya,garam masala,grn chillies and salt to taste.saute for 1 min.

Mix lemon juice and colour in a bowl and put with cooked rice in kadai.

Toss gently.You will see the colour difference of your biryani half orange and half shaded.

Serve hot with spicy chutney and onions.
