  1. 1/2 kg boiled njahi
  2. 1 cupCoconut milk
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder (optional)
  6. 1 tspGarlic and ginger
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooking pot, put the boiled njahi cut in the onion and tomato. Add in the garlic, ginger, turmeric and salt.

  2. 2

    Add the coconut milk and leave to cook.

  3. 3

    The good thing with ngahi you can serve with any meal and eat at anytime. Try with bread, rice and chapati
