  • 100 gmcooking flour
  • 3tomatoes for garnishing
  • 2Cucumber for garnishing
  • 100 gmflour
  • 3eggs

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Blunch the chicken

  2. 2

    Bring the ugali water to boil

  3. 3

    Cut the spinach into required shapes

  4. 4

    Cook the ugali until it's cooked

  5. 5

    Fry the spinach ready to be served

  6. 6

    Having your breadcrumbs,broken eggs, flour pass the chicken through them

  7. 7

    Deep fry the chicken in a moderate oil

  8. 8

    Cut the garnishings and serve the meal
