Beans and rice with smoked fish

Ok this is one of hubby's favourite but because is takes time to cook I try to avoid cooking it but finally made up mind today i am glad i did.
Added green pepper for the first time and wow it taste really good.

Ok this is one of hubby's favourite but because is takes time to cook I try to avoid cooking it but finally made up mind today i am glad i did.
Added green pepper for the first time and wow it taste really good.
Steps

Blend fresh pepper,Ginger,Garlic and fresh tomatoes.

Fry the onion,fresh pepper,Fresh tomatoes,Ginger,Garlic,crayfish with bleached palmoil.

Parboil the beans with a pressure cooker for 30minutes.parboil rice in a normal pot for 20minutes.

Remove the bones and dirt from the smoked fish and rinse.

Pour in everything fry in the beans pour in water stir with a spartula and cover to boil,after 10minutes pour in the rice and stir with spartula add stock cubes,salt and smoked fish.

Boil for 20minutes.Is good to go.😁slice the green pepper and serve with it.
