Gather all your ingredients on the counter.

Add the yeast to the mixer bowl.

Add the warm milk.

And the sugar.

Add the beaten eggs.

And the butter.

Add the flour.

And the salt.

Mix in the mixer at medium speed.

Mix until the dough gathers on the hook. It took me 8 minutes.

The dough is slightly sticky. Remove it from the hook.

Cover it with a towel until it doubles in size.

Place the dough on a floured surface.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Roll out each ball into a long, thin sheet.

And roll them up.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover and let them rest for half an hour.

Brush with egg.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
