In a pressure cooker boiled mutton with water or garlic cloves

When mutton become soft or tender off the. Flame and keep a side

Wash and soaked rice for an hour

Now make a thin powder of fennel seeds and coriander seeds and keep a side

In a heavy bottom pot heat oil now add onion

Saute till it's change colour

Now add whole dry spices and green chillies

Now add boiled Mutton along with 1 or 2 garlic cloves

Now add garlic paste and curd saute till aroma comes

When oil comes from sides add 10 cups of water

When water come to boil add rice in it and let them cook on low flame

When rice is well cooked off the flame

In a cup add 1 teaspoon of milk add food colour and transfer it on a biryani mix well and serve hot
