Steps

Rinse and soak urad dal and moong dal separately for min 4 hrs.

Girnd them seperately to make a idli like batter.

Mix well in a big bowl then add in grated ginger, salt, pepper and jeera powder and eno. Give a tough mix.

Steam them in idli maker.

After they are done put them in warm water for 10 min.

Take them out squeezing a bit.

Serve with chilled beaten curd mixed with chat masala, jeera & pepper powder, salt.

Garnish with coriander leaves, imli chutney and davi vada special masala (coriander seeds and red chilli ground to coarse powder).
