2 Tbsp.Butter, room temp
3 oz.Cream Cheese, room temp
2 Tbsp.Celery, minced
1 Tbsp.Mayo
1 tsp.Onion, grated
1 tsp.Sugar
1/2 tsp.Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp.Salt
1/8 tsp.Pepper
6Hard Boiled Eggs
Pickle Relish (Optional)
Bacon (Optional)

In medium bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth

Stir in celery, mayo, onion, sugar, lemon, salt and pepper and blend well.

Add eggs, relish and bacon and mix well. Cover and chill for one hour.
