Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp.Butter, room temp
  • 3 oz.Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 2 Tbsp.Celery, minced
  • 1 Tbsp.Mayo
  • 1 tsp.Onion, grated
  • 1 tsp.Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp.Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp.Salt
  • 1/8 tsp.Pepper
  • 6Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Pickle Relish (Optional)
  • Bacon (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In medium bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth

  2. 2

    Stir in celery, mayo, onion, sugar, lemon, salt and pepper and blend well.

  3. 3

    Add eggs, relish and bacon and mix well. Cover and chill for one hour.
