Grease 9' round baking pan

In mixer with paddle attachment cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition and stir in vanilla

In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to mixture alternating with the milk, beat until combined.

Gently fold in 1/3 of pears.

Spread evenly into prepared pan, top with pear chunks and Bake 45 minutes until toothpick is clean.

Let cool completely, top with cool whip and dust with cinnamon.
