Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 500 gchicken
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2Bay leaf
  • 1cinnamon
  • 2 Dried red chillies
  • 2 grmcoriander seeds, crushed
  • 20 grmonion cuts into diced
  • 100 grmginger- garlic paste
  • 10 grmcoriander powder
  • 10 grmred chilli powder
  • 20 grmtomatoes cuts into diced
  • 20 grmcapsicum
  • 60 grmkadhai gravy
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    For kadhai gravy, pound the coriander seeds and whole red chillies.

  2. 2

    Now add ghee in a kadhai and saute the garlic and garlic paste until light brown.

  3. 3

    Then add the pound spices into the ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 sec.

  4. 4

    Then add tomatoes and saute till fat release.

  5. 5

    Add fenugreek, salt and mix it well. Now your kadhai gravy is ready.

  6. 6

    Now for the kadhai chicken fry the chicken and keep aside.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a kadhai and tempered with dry masala.

  8. 8

    Add diced vegetables and saute for a minute.

  9. 9

    Them add kadhai gravy and saute.

  10. 10

    Add chicken and mix it properly and adjust seasoning.

  11. 11

    Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
