Padwal with dahi and poshto
A sour twist to padwal curry
Steps

Wash the gourds and peel them. Slit slightly on both it's sides

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the gourds till light brown and softened in low flame. Remove and keep aside

Add some more oil if needed and add the cumin seeds into it. Mix the curd, khuskhus paste, chilli powder and add into the oil

Saute it for some time and add the gourds into it. Mix it well and add some water and cover it
- 5
Let it cook for 5 mins. Add some coriander leaves on top and remove. Serve with hot rice and garnish with curd, coriander and green chilli
