Heat the milk until thick.The more the thickness of the milk the more will be the curd.

Coat a thin layer of curd in a bowl

Pour out the milk in the bowl

Keep it in a warm place

When the curd is ready cool in the freezer

When it has been cooled take it out

Take the jar of a mixer and pour the curd in it

Pour water in it as you want the lassi to be thick

Then run the mixer

Serve it with chopped almonds
