First blanch the palak, and make a fine paste

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree.

Saute it and add spices, now saute till leave the oil.

Add palak paste and some water, cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Now add paneer and garam masala.

Serve hot with naan
