Soak rice for 15 mins with double water

Boil rice with little1/2tsp salt and oil

I used microwave for 14 minutes

Now add little oil and dry masalas for a few second or flavour comes

Add onion sauté and add little ginger garlic chopped sauté till raw smell goes off

Add all vegetables cook till done

Divide cooked rice into 3 portions

For red part take a little ghee in a pan sauté tomato with tomato purée add little salt red chilli powder little biryani masala sauté when looked nice colour mix the one portion rice in ready tomato and keep aside

Second portion take spinach purée add ingredients little as in the tomato portion ready and keep aside

Now mix third white portion in the veggies

Set in a serving dish green,red and white with vegetables garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with mixed riata papad and pickle and enjoy this three colour biryani
