Steps

Boil the aloo and take a bowl and mash aloo and add spices per taste and mash properly

Take a tava on gas and spread ghee on it and take aloo mixture and make this round in shape and put on tava

When it is roasted put on plate and add curd and suace and add some onions also

Serve hot yum 😋
