First of all deep chana daal for 30 min
Then in a pressure cooker put dipped chana daal. Touri ke chilke,potato and whole garam masala along with pinch of hing and finally add 1/2 cup for water and boil it for 5-7 min - 2
Take out extra water left and mash the all metrials and then chopped onion ginger garlic paste,green chilli along with chilli pow, salt,garammasala and make some small kebabs

Now grease non -stick tawa with just a brush of oil an bake kabab on both the sides once it looks brown your touri chilka kebab are ready. Serve it hot
With dhaniya chutney.
