Ingredients

  • 2large Courgettes
  • 1Large Onion
  • HandfulBaby Tomatoes
  • 50 gramsButter
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove top and tail from the courgettes, wash, then cut into small pieces. Put into a large saucepan or Wok.

    Cut Onion into small pieces and add to Wok.

    Add butter and gently stir fry for a few minutes.

    Meanwhile slice the baby tomatoes in half and add to the mix.

    Add pepper and salt if required, and stir until all the vegetables are soft. If you try this, please add a photo to Cookpad!!!
