Chicken biryani cooked in milk

Wash and soaked rice

In a heavy bottom pot heat oil add onion

When it's become golden add dry spices and mix well

Now add chicken sauted for a while and add tomatoes in it

Mix well add green chillies

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well

Stir continuously till tomatoes become soft now add salt when oil comes from sides add milk in it

Now when it's come to boil add rice and steamed

When rice become soft off the flame

Now in a 2 teaspoon milk add food colour and pour it in a biryani and mix well
