3 lbChuck roast
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
4garlic cloves
1red onion sliced
1 cupItalian dressing
1 cupbeer
2bay leaves

Steps

Place roast in slow cooker. Salt and pepper, add garlic cloves and onion, add Italian dressing, beer, and bay leaves.

Cover and cook 6 hrs on high or 8-10 hrs on low.

Discard bay Leaves, smash garlic, shred meat and add garlic back to shredded meat. Serve on slider buns
