  2. 1.5 cup (200ml)Fresh Curd-
  3. 3 big tbspSugar-
  4. As per requiredWater or Ice cubes (optional)-
  5. as neededTo garnish- Rose syrup, Malai/Ice Cream/Dry fruits, Cherry

    Peel off mango, take out pulp.

  2. 2

    Pour curd, sugar and water, ice in jar and grind.

  3. 3

    Pour in glass, serve chilled with topping malai/ice cream and rose syrup. Some dry fruits like almond, raisins or a single cherry can make it more rich.
