To prepare the filling, heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onions. Remove from heat, then add the ground beef, labneh, spices, cinnamon, red pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Combine the dough ingredients with 1 1/2 cups warm water (about 355 ml) until a cohesive dough forms. Set aside to rise for about 45 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle, then pinch the edges at four points to form a square shape.

Place the sfiha on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
