Ingredients

  1. Dough::
  2. 4 cupsflour (about 500 grams)
  3. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  4. 1 tablespoonyeast
  5. 1 tablespoonsugar
  6. 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 tablespoonnonstick cooking spray
  8. Filling::
  9. 1 poundlean ground beef (about 450 grams)
  10. 3/4 cupnonfat labneh (or nonfat Greek yogurt)
  11. 2onions, chopped
  12. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  13. 1 teaspoonmixed spice
  14. 1/4 teaspooncinnamon
  15. 1/2 teaspoonred pepper
  16. Salt to taste

    To prepare the filling, heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onions. Remove from heat, then add the ground beef, labneh, spices, cinnamon, red pepper, and salt. Mix well.

    Combine the dough ingredients with 1 1/2 cups warm water (about 355 ml) until a cohesive dough forms. Set aside to rise for about 45 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle, then pinch the edges at four points to form a square shape.

  4. 4

    Place the sfiha on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

اﺣﺐ اﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻭﺗﺬﻭﻕ اﻟﻤﺄﻛﻮﻻﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺘﻰ اﻧﻮاﻉ اﻟﻤﻄﺎﺑﺦ! ﻛﻮﻧﻲ ﺃﺧﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻗﺪ ﺳﺎﻋﺪﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻤﺘﻊ ﺑﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻻﻃﻌﻤﺔ اﻟﻠﺬﻳﺬﺓ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺯﻧﻲ ﻭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺤﺔٍ ﺟﻴﺪﺓ ﻻﻧﻨﻲ ﺗﻌﻠﻤﺖ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺃﺣﻀﺮ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻻﻃﻌﻤﺔ اﻟﺸﻬﻴﺔ ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺧﻔﻴﻔﺔ ﻭﺻﺤﻴﺔ. ﻟﺬﻟﻚ اﻧﻨﻲ ﺃﺳﺘﻤﺘﻊ ﺑﺄﻛﻞ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺃﻧﻮاﻉ اﻻﻃﺒﺎﻕ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻭﻥ اﻻﺣﺴﺎﺱ ﺑﺎﻟﺬﻧﺐ :). ﻫﺬا ﻣﺎ اﺣﺎﻭﻝ ﺃﻥ اﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻴﺖ ﻣﻊ ﻋﺎﺋﻠﺘﻲ ﺃﻳﻀﺎً ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺗﺤﻀﻴﺮ ﻭﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺻﺤﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﺴﻨﻰ ﻟﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻟﻦ ﺃﺧﻔﻲ ﻋﻨﻜﻢ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻧﺬﻫﺐ ﻟﺘﻨﺎﻭﻝ اﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺨﺎﺭﺝ ﻓﻨﺤﻦ ﻧﺄﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺸﺘﻬﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻧﺮﻏﺐ ﺑﻪ. ﻭﻫﺬا ﺃﻣﺮ ﻻ ﺑﺄﺱ ﺑﻪ ﻟﻠﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻃﺎﻟﻤﺎ ﻋﺮﻓﻨﺎ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻧﺤﺎﻓﻆ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻮاﺯﻥ ﺻﺤﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ اﻟﺬﻱ ﻧﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﻪ. ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﻫﻲ اﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ اﺭﻳﺪ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻤﻬﺎ ﻟﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ الموقع الرائع كوكباد ﻻﻧﻪ ﻳﻔﺮﺣﻨﻲ ﺟﺪاً ﺃﻥ ﺃﺭﻯ اﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻳﻌﺘﻤﺪﻭﻥ اﺳﻠﻮﺏ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﺻﺤﻲ ﻭﻳﺨﺴﺮﻭﻥ ﻭﺯﻧﻬﻢ اﻟﺰاﺋﺪ ﺩﻭﻥ ﻋﺬاﺏٍ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﺑﻞ ﻭﻫﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻤﺘﻌﻮﻥ ﺑﺤﻴﺎﺗﻬﻢ ﻭﻳﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﻮﻥ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺸﺘﻬﻮﻧﻪ! اﻥ اﻟﻮﺻﻔﺎﺕ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﻗﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﻟﻜﻢ ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﺔ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴﺔ ﺃﻳﻀﺎً ﻓﻬﻲ ﻭﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﻟﻠﺮﻳﺠﻴﻢ، ﺻﺤﻴﺔ ﻭﻟﺬﻳﺬﺓ، ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪﻛﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﺳﺘﻤﺘﺎﻉ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺄﻛﻮﻻﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻭﻥ اﻥ ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺳﻠﺒﺎً ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺯﻧﻜﻢ ﺃﻭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺤﺘﻜﻢ. ﻭﺳﻮﻑ ﺃﺣﺎﻭﻝ ﻗﺪﺭ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻄﺎﻉ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﻮﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ ﻟﻜﻲ ﺗﺮﺿﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻻﺫﻭاﻕ.
