Take the potato and them peel it and mas it finally.Exclude oil,some bread crumbs and cheese and put all the ingredients in potato and mix well.

Now heat the oil in karahi. putting oil in hand and spread the mixture.Now put the cheese in it and round it and wrap it in the remaining bread crumbs and put it in the oil.

Fried all balls nicely and take out the plates. Serve it with green chutney.
