Steps

Boil your potatoes until cooked. While still hot add turmeric, garlic ginger paste, juice of half a lemon, chilli powder, green chillies chibundiro, chopped coriander and salt and mash with potato masher or fork.

Make equal balls and set them a side.

Prepare a thin batter by adding water, turmeric and salt into your flour
- 4
Deep your potato balls into the flour batter and deep fry them on medium flame to a golden colour.

Serve with your favorite chutney
