Prepare the other ingredients and start frying. Start with the onion then garlic, ginger, capsicum, coriander leaves and salt and tomatoes after which you can add the vegetables.

For good taste don't burn the garlic when frying and don't cover your vegetables when cooking

When ready you can serve with ugali or rice, it's so sweet
