A tasty and healthy Sandwich,it can fill up the tummy in a jiffy with all those healthy vegetables.

A tasty and healthy Sandwich,it can fill up the tummy in a jiffy with all those healthy vegetables.
Steps

Take 1 finely chopped onion,1 finely chopped Tomato without juice and seeds,Some chopped Cabbage,2 chopped Capsicum,3-4 chopped green chillies,1 Grated Carrot,Some boiled Sweet Corn and mix all these ingredients and add some salt,Some chilli Flakes and you may use some Oregano and Parsley.

Then add Black Pepper and some fresh coriander leaves and now add Some grated Cheddar Cheese and Little of Mozarella Cheese and mix it.

Now take 1 slice of Sandwich bread and stuff this vegetable mixture and put another bread on top and press with your hands and then grease the outer parts of the bread with butter or Ghee.

Now roast it in a sandwich maker or a Non Stick Tava.Roast till it's brown and crispy and then cut through and serve with Salad,Tomato ketchup and Chilli Sauce.
