Collect the ing.Cut it in between of baby corns, length wise.

Wash baby corn in hot water.

Take a bowl add maida,salt,red chilli, lemon juice, chaat masala,red colour mix and make a thick batter.taste and adjust masala.The taste should be spicy, because the babycorns get little sweet.

Batter should be pouring consistency.

Now dip babycorns 5 min. in batter.

Put the kadai on flame pour sufficient oil for frying.

Now remove all babycorns from batter and keep it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Fry all babycorns on med. flame until little golden.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce
