First Soak poha in water for 5 mins. Remove water 4m it.

In a pan heat 2 spn oil add all vegies, mashed matar and paneer

Add little amt of salt, and all masala with both saus

Pour thus mixture in a plate for cooling

Mix mashed aalu, suji, poha. Add salt and chopped Coriander leaf

Make a ball of aalu mix falten it make it's katori shape with ur thumb

Filled inside vegies and paneer mix make the shape of kabab
- 8
And deep fry it and serve with saus or cutney
