Ingredients

6-10 minutes
3 servings
  • 5 kgred steak
  • 500 mlMrs Balls or Wellington mild Peach Chutney
  • 250 mlSteers or spur barbecue sauce
  • 50 mlvirgin olive oil
  • Pinchsalt and pepper
  • Robinson's steak and chops spice

Steps

6-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Unwrap your red steak and run it in luke-warm water.

  2. 2

    Have your pan set to a medium heat

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl.Lightly glaze your steak with the virgin olive oil with the pinch of salt and pepper as well as the steak and chops spice.

  4. 4

    Then add your barbecue sauce and peach chutney until your mixture becomes a sticky marinade with the steak.

  5. 5

    Then place your steak on the pan to cook for at least 6 minutes in each side. Depends on the cooks desire in texture of the dish.

  6. 6

    Then finally, for a touch of magic, sprinkle gently with parsley and a small cut of lemon.
