Steps

Wash and drain fish and set aside

Wash pepper and onions and place into a blender together with the ginger and garlic and blend

Add salt, knorr cube into the blended mix and stir together
- 4
Pour lemon juice on the drained pink fish and pour in the blended mix and mix everything together
- 5
Put fish in a zip lock and marinate an hour or over night in the fridge
- 6
Once you are ready preheat oven 220degree and place fish in the oven and grill for about 35mins
- 7
Serve grilled pink fish once it's cooked through
